Customers are eligible for exchanges within 7 days from the date of receiving their order. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

- The baby frock must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

- It must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

- The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

- The exchange request must be initiated within the specified time frame.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team at support@littlestthreads.com to request an exchange. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange request. You can choose to exchange for a different size, color, or style of baby frock, subject to availability.

Exclusions

Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

- Baby frocks that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

- Items without their original tags, labels, or packaging.

- Products purchased more than 15 days ago.

Shipping

For international customers, the cost of return shipping and any additional customs fees or taxes associated with the exchange process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refunds

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our store. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
